Peyton Newbern signs with Bemidji State

NDSCS Men's Basketball player, Peyton Newbern has recently signed to continue his athletic and academic careers at Bemidji State University.

He will be studying Business at the university located in Bemidji, MN.

Peyton had this to say about choosing Bemidji State University "I am blessed to be able to play the game I love at the highest collegiate level. BSU is a great program that will allow me to grow on and off the court. Super excited to get down there and play in front of all the fans."

Peyton spent two seasons playing for NDSCS, in his last season, he was named HM All American, Mon-Dak Player Of the Year, 1st team All-Region, and led the conference in assists per game and total assists. He averaged 14.6 points per game while shooting 55.3% from the floor and grabbing 4.4 rebounds per contest.
