Creating an appointment via SportsWare calendar
1. Go to swol123.net and use the login on the right hand side of the page. 2. Once on the athlete portal, there is a calendar on the far left hand side of the page. Click on the blue button labeled “calendar”. 3. Once in the calendar, select the date you wish to book a time slot on. a. Please do not book more than a week in advance, any bookings further out will be deleted. 4. Press “add appointment” 5. Booking a. Under “Athletic Trainer” select Michael Hilliard b. Once in the daily appointment screen, select the time you wish to start/finish your booking by clicking and dragging to select times in increments of 15 minutes. i. Please note that available times will be white, unavailable times will be greyed out. c. Under the “subject” line, please put your first and last name d. Under description please put the reason for the booking i. Examples: foam roller, stretching, whirlpool, rehab, evaluation etc.
